Cut Comb Honey
Pure British Cut Comb Honey
Experience honey exactly as nature intended.
Our Pure British Cut Comb Honey is harvested from our own bees in the countryside surrounding Wollaton, Ilkeston and Selston, Nottinghamshire.
Each piece is carefully cut by hand directly from the hive and placed into its container with minimal handling, preserving the honey in its most natural form.
Throughout the season our bees forage on a diverse range of wildflowers and blossom, including blackberry bramble, white clover, lavender and apple blossom.
The abundance of white clover produces a beautifully light, delicate honey, while the bramble and blossom add subtle floral notes and a rich, well-balanced flavour.
Unlike extracted honey, cut comb remains sealed inside the bees' own natural beeswax cells until you open it, giving you honey exactly as the bees created it. Simply slice a piece onto warm toast, enjoy it with cheese, drizzle over yoghurt, or eat it straight from the comb.
Every pack contains a minimum of 227g, although many naturally weigh considerably more as each section of comb is unique.
Please note: Cut Comb Honey contains edible natural beeswax. The beeswax is perfectly safe to eat and is enjoyed by many people, although some prefer to chew it like gum before discarding it.
