Straight from the hive to your table, our Summer Honey 8oz is the perfect addition to any pantry. Our honeybees are lovingly cared for and gather nectar from the blossoms of the meadows and fields of Nottinghamshire, resulting in a pure and raw honey that is full of natural goodness. This jar contains naturally set honey. Crystallisation is a natural process in raw, unprocessed honey and does not affect quality or flavour. To soften, gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water.  To return honey to a runny consistency, simply stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water and stir gently.

Raw honey is great for our health and gives all the benefits, which strongly filtered, or ultra filtered, honey is devoid of. If a label bears the wording raw, it should have been subjected only to minimum processing and heat.

Our non pasteurised, cold extracted 100% pure raw honey retains pollen which may make it crystallise sooner than commercial ultra strained, heat treated honey.
