Our Soft Set Honey is a beautifully spreadable and creamy. Made in small batches using traditional methods. Carefully crafted from pure natural honey, it has a light spreadable texture that’s perfect for toast, croissants or stirring into warm drinks.
My personal favourite is warm toast with melted butter and honey. Just amazing!
How It’s Made
This honey is produced using a controlled crystallisation process. A small amount of our raw honey is gently grinded in a pestle and mortar to create a smooth texture. Once smooth, it is then added to recrystalised honey and stored at cool temperatures to encourage fine crystals to form evenly throughout the jar which takes about 1 week. This slow, careful process creates a creamy spreadable consistency without the need for additives, heat treatment or processing that would damage the honey’s natural goodness.
Every jar is handmade and hand-poured, ensuring quality, flavour and texture in every batch.
